With a family culinary heritage in Brooklyn dating back to 1894, Peter Della Rocca made a name for himself as chef-owner of two acclaimed restaurants in New Jersey that earned him excellent reviews from The New York Times and a Zagat Survey rating for the finest new restaurant.
