Peter’s Cuisine celebrates 8 Years of Catering in Southwest Florida

Busy working in his family’s Brooklyn restaurant from an early age, Peter Della Rocca became a fourth-generation chef learning Italian-American cooking on the job. Like his great-grandmother had done back in 1894, he opened and ran two successful restaurants. He moved his family to Naples, Florida in 1999 and was executive chef at a well-known eatery before starting Peter’s Cuisine in 2006.
